I recently stayed at Kgb Home Hostel for a week while exploring the city. The owner, Mr. Ermak, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about various countries. The hostel itself was clean, with traditional Kyrgyz decorations, and had great amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, only a short walk from Central Ala Too Square. The best part was the excellent internet connection. I highly recommend this hostel for its home-like atmosphere and the efforts of the owner to ensure a comfortable stay.
Totally recommend this hotel.

During my 11-day stay at the hostel, I felt like I was in my second home. Ermek, the host, was incredibly nice and helpful, ensuring that my experience was exceptional. The hostel is comfortable and located in a safe area, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, I was impressed with the Yurt built in the garden, it added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The hostel is continuously improving, and I will definitely book again and highly recommend it.
There were a few drawbacks to consider. The hostel only has one shared toilet, which often led to long waiting times.

The rooms at KGB Home Hostel are cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. I loved the fact that there was a safety deposit box where I could keep my valuables secure. The shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the bed linen provided a cozy touch. The dormitory room had a seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Bishkek. And let's not forget the view from one of the dormitory rooms - a beautiful garden that added a touch of tranquility to my stay.
Personally, I found the shared bathroom a bit of a downside. However, I understand that some people might not mind it and still enjoy their stay.

He was always available to help and his English was excellent. the hotel itself was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. the private room we stayed in had fresh sheets and comfortable beds. the location was convenient, with a 20-30 minute walk to the city center. it felt more like a home than a hostel, thanks to the owner's hospitality.
